Oriental German ravioli (Maultasche)

Have you ever heard about German ravioli which were created by Swabian monks?

In Swabia, Maultaschen are the traditional dish associated with the Lenten commemoration of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. During Lent, Catholics and other Christians are encouraged to refrain from eating meat. Refer to here for more info

Ingediants for approx. 7 Maultasche | Duration: 30 minutes

1/4 fennel

5 pieces of dried tomato

1 Pak choi

1  small handfull Cashews

1 teaspoon peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon curkuma

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

a bit of buckwheat flavour

1 Packung veganer pasta dough

approx. 500 ml vegetable broth
