After Workout Meal

After finishing a quick workout – containing abs, a bit of legs and butt it is often exhausting when it comes to think about the after workout meal. Personally, I like eating something fresh and light. Depending on the degree of workout I chose this easy and simply workout – just SimplyV.

Here, I ate a buckwheat flower bread with SimplyV cream cheese herbs and SimplyV cheese. Before that I ate a peaches.

In the evening, please think of eating fruits first, otherwise your stomach cannot handle it. Fruits will ferment in your stomach; when it is „on the top“ you will probably get sick and blow up. If you eat your fruits first then the stomach handles this first and then the other food.
